My Approach - 

My approach towards therapy is unconventional and not like the traditional way of therapy. My approach is a mix of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Techniques. Based on the concept of Slow Living.

- You'll need to book your session 24 hours in advance. Same day booking is unavailable. 

- Upon purchasing the session, I will reach out to you on the provided number to fix the slot. 

- These will be online sessions so you can join from the comfort of your own space. We'll connect via Google Meet.
