GROW INTO YOU

ChatGPT Image Aug 15, 2026, 11_24_30 AM.png

Discover the gifts you already carry — and begin to make them your own.

You may have spent a lot of time noticing what feels difficult about being sensitive — how much you notice, how deeply you care, how easily you adapt, how much you feel.

But what if some of these are also gifts?

This little exploration invites you to look at yourself differently — and notice the qualities you may already carry, often using them beautifully for everyone else.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

There are no right answers here. Just choose the one that sounds most like you.

Don't think too much about it — your first instinct is probably enough.

You may find yourself in more than one type, too. That's completely okay.

This isn't a test or a box to put yourself in. It's simply a way to notice more of who you already are.

Choose one answer for each question.

Make a note of the letter you choose, manually.

At the end, count your A's, B's, C's, D's, E's and F's.

YOUR RESULT

Now count your answers:

Mostly A's

Mostly B's —

THE CURIOUS -

I explore

Mostly C's —

THE FLEXIBLE

I adapt

Mostly D's —

THE DEVOTED

Mostly E's —

THE EXPRESSIVE -

I express

Mostly F's —

THE DECISIVE -

I choose

You can have more than one

You might have one gift that shows up most strongly — and another one close behind.

That's completely okay.

You are not meant to fit neatly into one archetype. In fact, the combination can tell you something interesting about how you move through your life.

Your strongest gift might be The Perceptive, while The Expressive is close behind. Or perhaps The Devoted and The Decisive are both strong.

And a lower score doesn't mean you don't have that gift. It may simply mean you're not using it as much right now — and that's okay too.

All six gifts are available to you. This is simply a snapshot of what may be coming forward for you at this point in your life.

There is no “better” result.

These aren't personality types to put yourself into. They're gifts you already carry — and can grow into, in your own way and in your own time.

Your gift isn't a box

It's something you already know how to do.

Maybe you've been using it so naturally that you don't even think of it as a gift. Maybe you've also learned to use it for everyone else, while wondering whether the very thing that makes you who you are is somehow “too much.”

This is an invitation to look again.

ChatGPT Image Aug 17, 2026, 09_14_53 AM.png

THE PERCEPTIVE

I notice.

Your gift:

You pick up on details, shifts, patterns and things that others might miss.

How it helps you:

You can sense what's happening beneath the surface and make thoughtful choices because you notice more.

Where it can limit you:

You may notice everything — and then spend too much time analysing, absorbing or second-guessing what you've noticed.

Grow into it:

You don't need to notice less. You can learn to trust what you notice and choose what deserves your attention.

THE CURIOUS

I explore.

Your gift:

You naturally ask questions, look closer and want to understand how things work.

How it helps you:

You stay open. You see possibilities and aren't afraid to look at something from another angle.

Where it can limit you:

You can keep looking, learning and questioning long after you already know enough to move.

Grow into it:

Let curiosity open doors — but don't make yourself stay in the doorway. Explore, discover, and then let yourself experience what you've found.

THE FLEXIBLE

I adapt.

Your gift:

You can adjust, improvise and find another way when things don't go to plan.

How it helps you:

You aren't easily stuck. You can work with what you have and find your way through change.

Where it can limit you:

You may become so good at adjusting that you automatically adjust yourself — even when something isn't working for you.

Grow into it:

Flexibility doesn't mean always bending. Let yourself adapt when you want to — and stay with what matters when you don't.

ChatGPT Image Aug 17, 2026, 09_14_53 AM.png

THE DEVOTED

I give.

Your gift:

When something or someone matters to you, you bring your heart, time and attention to it.

How it helps you:

People can feel your care. You create depth, trust and steadiness in the things you choose to be part of.

Where it can limit you:

You may give so generously that you forget to ask whether you still have something to give — or whether you're giving because you truly want to.

Grow into it:

Keep your beautiful capacity to give. Just let yourself be someone worth giving to, too.

THE EXPRESSIVE

I express.

Your gift:

You have a natural desire to put what you think, feel or imagine into the world.

How it helps you:

You give your inner world a shape others can see, hear, understand or connect with.

Where it can limit you:

You may hold yourself back until you know exactly what to say, how it will be received, or whether it's “good enough.”

Grow into it:

You don't need perfect words or perfect permission. Let yourself be heard, seen and known as you are.

THE DECISIVE

I choose.

Your gift:

You can make a call, take a direction and move things forward.

How it helps you:

You create movement. You don't have to wait forever for certainty before taking your next step.

Where it can limit you:

You may feel responsible for making the right choice — and put pressure on yourself to know before you're ready.

Grow into it:

Choosing doesn't mean knowing everything. You can make a choice, learn from it and choose again.

You can come back to this

You may take Grow Into You today and recognise yourself in a way you haven't before.

And you may take it again six months from now and answer differently.

That's not you getting the quiz “wrong.”

That's the point.

Especially if you've worked with me, you can return to this as a little reflection:

What do I notice about myself now?
What feels different?
What am I using differently?
Where am I allowing more of myself to participate?

You don't have to stay the woman who took the quiz the first time.

You get to grow into you.

ChatGPT Image Aug 17, 2026, 09_14_53 AM.png

Want to take this a little further?

Your result isn't a label.

It's simply a place to begin noticing yourself.

You might find yourself asking:

Where am I already living from this gift?
Where have I been using it for everyone else?
What would it look like to bring more of it into my own life?
