Highly Sensitive Person

Deeply Empathetic

Highly Sensitive People feel emotions very deeply and they can easily connect with other people's emotions intensely. They're usually the ones people feel very safe talking to about anything. 

Extremely Creative

Highly Sensitive People process everything very deeply and prefer solitude. This inner stability makes them creative and most HSP end up pursuing creative paths.

Highly Perceptive

Highly Sensitive People are more aware to subtle shifts in the environment that most people tend to miss or don't really pick up on. They're also effected by these shifts

HSP, is a personality trait. It's not a disorder or a weakness. They have an increased sensitivity to stimulation and information. It is found in 15% to 30% of the population. Extroverts can also be HSP. HSP are not all 'shy'. 

HSP ​tend to get influenced, or tend to pick up on the energy of people around them. 

Constantly doubt themselves and also go through phases of extremely low self-esteem, self-worth and self-belief

It sometimes feels like the emotions have a lot of control over them and they tend to get swept away in them very easily

HSP focus a lot on being perfect and tend to get very hard on themselves so much so that they fear making a mistake

Criticisms, harsh comments, unpleasant tone or words can easily hurt you and even make you feel unsafe

HSP often get very exhausted and tire easily. They need to create a lot of space and time to unwind and recharge. 

Worry gets the better of them and oftentimes they instantly think of the worse case scenario in a situation. 

HSP experience anxiety easily and they need a gentler approach to feel safe, calm and in control again. 

HSP don't feel like disappointing people, so they easily people please and try to shape shift according to the other person instead of addressing boundaries or saying No 

Violence in any form (news, movies, series, shows) causes a lot of discomfort and anxiety in a HSP, they stay away from it completely. 

In a sea of people striving to stay strong, allow your sensitive self to feel seen, heard and accepted. So you may shine, grow and attract to receive the best of what you deserve
